VP, Human Experience Strategist
As a Human Experience Strategist for SMG Multicultural, Danielle Cherry leads understanding about cross-cultural communities and how those insights impact experiences with brands and categories. Working closely with Esther Franklin, EVP, head of SMG Americas Experience Strategy, Danielle drives knowledge and interest in multicultural targeted communications and infuses new insights into plans for clients, led by Beyond Demographics™, the unprecedented research initiative exploring the vital role of identity in reaching multicultural consumers. A member of the SMG Multicultural team since 2007, Danielle had most recently served as Communications Planning Director for Mediacom. Previously, she was media associate and rising planning supervisor for Starcom Chicago and spearheaded the agency’s recruiting efforts to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
