Niti’s professional career for 7 years has been directly affiliated in university corporate relations with Entertainment & Media Industry firms and professionals. She held positions as an Associate Director at the USC Marshall School of Business and as a Director, Relationship Management at the NYU Stern School of Business. Over the course of her career, she has developed and maintained key relationships with recruiters and senior level executives from major studios, film, media, gaming, and entertainment firms.

Prior to joining University MBA Career Services, she held marketing positions at several entertainment companies including Fox Home Entertainment. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting. Currently she is a Senior Recruiter & University Relations Manager with Model N supporting the strategy and execution of Talent Acquisition and a University Relations Program.
This experience, combined with her passion for facilitating successful partnerships & relationships, has allowed her to harness her expertise in understanding media, entertainment, & consulting firm needs for internship recruiting and programs; hiring experienced talent; alumni & executive mentor programs; and connecting both for successful results in hiring and placement.

Niti has held various leadership positions at nonprofit organizations such as ArtWallah (film and arts festival) and SAMMA (South Asians in Media & Marketing Association). She also enjoys staying active with physical fitness (certifications in Tae Bo, Zumba & Doonya) and dance. She is a Bollywood dance and Bhangra fitness choreographer and instructor. Most recently you may have seen her leading and dancing in a ‘flash mob’ in the Tampa Bay Area promoting a 12,000 person attended statewide festival. She holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, CA with a concentration in Business of Entertainment certification from the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
